Workflow Sketchpad

Map one messy process before anyone tries to automate it. Beta

Build a simple workflow map in your browser, get a flat PDF-ready summary to keep, and choose whether to send the editable workflow data to Automation Nation as a head start for a project review.

Nothing leaves your browser unless you download it or choose to email it. No login, no storage, no AI calls in this beta.

Build the workflow

Add blocks, drag to reorder, edit the details, then export a client-safe summary.

Start with the trigger.

Add a Start block, then build the messy path from there. Five to eight steps is enough for a useful first review.

    Lead magnet shape

The PDF is theirs. The editable map gives us the head start.

Visitors can keep a flat summary for internal discussion. If they want help, they can send the editable JSON and notes to Automation Nation so the first review starts with their actual process, not a generic discovery call.

This beta uses local exports and email handoff. A later backend can store submissions against a lead after explicit consent.

    Export workflow pack

Download the editable file, open the flat print-ready summary, or use the two-step email handoff to Automation Nation.

The email handoff downloads the JSON first, then opens your mail app. Attach that file so we can rebuild the working map from it.

Want this wired into your first review?

Build one real workflow, export the JSON, then send it through. We can use it to prepare a sharper review and skip the blank-page stage.
